We provide our pro-forma probate letters in three formats
for your convenience. The pro-forma letters are designed to
cater for the most commonly arising requirements when dealing
with Probate. In most cases you will need to provide accompanying
documentation (noramlly an authorised copy of the death certificate)
and the role that you are acting in with your letters to validate
your credentials for managing the probate process. For users
with Microsoft Word we provide a formatted letter template
(.doc). For users who do not have Microsoft Word please click
