window is used to determine who is entitled to apply for Letters
of Adminstration or Probate when the deceased has not made
a will or has not nominated an executor in their 'WILL'.

Note:
Intestacy laws do not provide for unmarried partners, common
law wife/husband or stepchildren to be included in the process.
